Portugal

Click the logo for Radiodifusão Portuguesa for access to various portuguese league matches. We have heard Porto in the Champion's league. Toward the top of the page, just under "Rádio em directo", select "Windows Media Player" for broadcast. We tried "Real Audio" and received a message that the "file" was not there. Perhaps it will work for you.

We have received links to three broadcasters in Portugal that stream to the web, and carry live match commentary, usually on Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM to Noon. We imagine they generally feature the teams in the towns where they are located. If you know more, please let us know.

Jamaica

Matches featuring the Jamaican national team have been presented by Radio 2 from Kingston and provided to the internet in Shout! streamed MP3 format. The station now charges a fee to listen to the streams.

The narration is usually provided by Simon Crossgill, an announcer somewhat in British style, but with a nice Jamaican flavor. Could be the best English speaking announcer in the Western hemisphere.

The Jamaican Football federation website has disappeared.

National team matches have also occassionally been streamed by Power FM 106. Listen Live connects to an MP3 feed.
You can also click their logo to go to a page where you are offered a choice of high quality and low quality realone format feeds.
Oddly the low quality feeds sometimes seem to sound better.
